YOUR ROLE
As the Branch Manager at Yatala BranchBunzl Safety & Lifting, you will lead the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers strong operational, safety, customer service and financial outcomes. This hands-on role combines timewith the operations teamand field technicians with planning, forecasting and reporting in the office. You will oversee inventory and stock control, dispatch, invoicing and delivery performance, while fostering a can-do attitude and growth mindset across the team.
Lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety.
Manage branch budgets, forecasting and P&L; reporting, while overseeing dispatch, invoicing and delivery performance to ensure customers receive their orders in full and on time.
Build strong customer relationships, resolve service issues promptly and support customer meetings where required, including partnering with the Account Manager.
ABOUT YOU
As the ideal candidate, you are a practical, hands‐on leader with experience managing branch, warehouse or operational teams. You are equally comfortable planning and reporting in the office, supporting the team in the warehouse and visiting field technicians on‐site. You bring a can‐do attitude, a growth mindset and the confidence to take ownership of branch performance.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing an operational,



warehouse or branch‐based team, with the ability to motivate employees, manage performance and foster a positive, accountable culture.
A strong commitment to workplace safety, employee welfare and operational compliance, including the confidence to conduct regular on‐site welfare checks with field technicians.
Commercial awareness and customer service experience, with the ability to monitor budget performance, contribute to customer meetings and identify opportunities for operational growth.
