End-to-end property management across a well-maintained portfolio
Business development focused on growing the rent roll and onboarding new landlords
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Conducting routine inspections, appraisals and lease renewals
Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
Representing the Stone brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Skills
Minimum 2+ years experience in property management
Current Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence (NSW)
Robust knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Tech-savvy with experience in property management software
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for real estate
Current Driver's Licence
