Do You Possess the Below Skills?
Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
Track record of working towards KPIs and achieving sales targets
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and motivated attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Familiarity with basic computer operations
Willingness to learn and develop within the business
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include
Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
Assisting customers with product enquiries
Providing accurate information about products, features and services
Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
Handling customer queries and providing appropriate solutions
Maintaining merchandising and store displays
Supporting general day-to-day store operations
Participating in regular sales and customer service training
Must be available to work one weekend day each week as part of an 11-day fortnight
