What this role is
We're an event business first, and that shapes how your year looks.
Some months you'll be stacked. Events land, attendees are fired up, and your calendar fills with people ready to make a decision. Those months are where the biggest commission is made. We also have a massive direct marketing funnel with current experiments all the time and a large appointment setter team to keep you busy in the offseasons.
However, some months, the work is on you. You'll go back through inbound leads, follow up with event attendees after the room has emptied, and work our database of people who've already raised their hand. It takes drive and discipline, and the closers who keep working these months are the ones who earn the most over the year.
There is zero cold calling and zero outbound. Every person you speak to has already engaged with us. There is genuine opportunity in this data base and we want people who are serious about owning their earning potential to make the kind of money businesses can rarely offer.

What you'll do
Close qualified appointments booked for you by our SDR team
Convert inbound leads who have come to us
Follow up post-event with attendees and turn interest into enrolment (you don't need to be at the event)
Reactivate and close warm leads in our database
Enrol students into Empire Mastery and our flagship programs
The money
$250k OTE, with a base salary plus uncapped commission

The path to Senior
Everyone starts as a BDM, and there's a clear way up. Senior BDMs close live at our Empire Mastery events, our biggest sales days of the year (6 figure programs), with bigger targets and bigger earning potential. You earn it through consistent results, and we'll walk you through exactly what that looks like at interview.

3+ years of high-volume sales (B2B, education, coaching or investment sales preferred)

You're comfortable closing over Zoom and working in HubSpot
You want a vehicle to hit your financial goals fast, and you're willing to put in the work to get there
