Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and support a team of practitioners to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services
Provide day-to-day operational oversight and ensure service delivery meets relevant standards
Provide supervision, performance development and workforce support
Support staff wellbeing within a fast-paced and emotionally demanding environment
Contribute to service development, continuous improvement and reporting
Build solid relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Promote inclusive, culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice
Work closely with managers and senior leaders during a period of service growth
About you
Relevant tertiary qualification in Social WorkCounselling or Psychology and membership of a relevant professional association, such as
APS, PACFA, ACA OR AASW
Demonstrated team leadership experience, including supervision, performance management and team development
Experience applying a broad range of therapeutic approaches with individuals, couples, families and/or young people
Understanding and experience across co-morbidities, addictions and/or gambling counselling
Current NSW Driver Licence
Current Working with Children Check and ability to obtain required police checks and clearances
