Join a major infrastructure organisation playing a critical role as a Senior Business Partner where you will bridge a Technology & Transformation function with the wider business.
This is a trusted-advisor role, translating business strategy into technology requirements and helping shape a multi-year technology roadmap alongside Strategy, Architecture and Commercial teams.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Business Partner translates business strategy into technology requirements and works closely with Strategy, Architecture and Commercial teams to shape the multi-year technology roadmap.
The position provides visibility of project progress and service performance, and delivers insights into licence consumption, service desk trends, incident and problem management and broader technology utilisation.

What you'll do
Build solid relationships with business leaders to understand operational priorities, strategic objectives and regulatory drivers
Identify emerging business needs,



technology opportunities and operational risks
Partner with Strategy, Architecture and Commercial teams to translate strategy into clear technology requirements
Provide visibility over technology delivery progress, service performance, licence consumption, incident/problem trends and technology utilisation
Guide prioritisation of continuous improvement initiatives and measure realised benefits
Facilitate issue escalation, risk mitigation and cross-functional coordination
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Extensive experience in business partnering, operational management or technology delivery within complex, regulated or critical services environments
Strong understanding of technology operations, including service performance, incident/problem management and technology asset/licence management
Proven ability to think strategically, interpret data and influence multi-year technology roadmaps or investment strategy
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong follow-through, resilience and a collaborative, curious mindset
