We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Mobilisation Coordinator to join our busy team in Victoria. If you excel at high-volume administration, compliance, and multi-system coordination, this is the perfect opportunity to become a critical partner to our national accounts!
The Opportunity
This is a pure administration, system support, and compliance role dedicated to our major national Strategic Accounts. Based out of our Mt Waverley office, you will be the absolute backbone of our national client delivery, ensuring candidates and workers are progressed accurately and efficiently through client-specific onboarding and system requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing SAP Fieldglass workflows, including candidate submissions, work order acceptances, rate checks, and revisions.
Reviewing system compliance (Visas/VEVO checks, tickets, licences, and qualifications) and coordinating site-specific documentation.




Coordinating pre-employment/periodic medical bookings and tracking site-specific compliance expiry dates.
Supporting safety administration by assisting teams with timely incident data entry, managing the PPE register, and assisting with reference checks.
Maintaining visibility of outstanding actions, following up with internal branches/consultants, and identifying compliance risks or process gaps.
What We're Looking For
High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately across multiple systems
Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities across multiple clients and branches.
Confident communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and corporate client contacts.
An understanding of recruitment, labour hire, onboarding, or workforce compliance processes is highly regarded.
