DXC Technology is establishing a recent self-insurance workers' compensation program and seeks a dedicated Compliance Officer to help build and govern the operation. You will monitor regulatory adherence, coordinate audits, and develop policies to strengthen the self-insurance framework.
Collaborate with claims and finance, train staff on compliance, and stay current with legislation to continually improve the program and safeguard our stakeholders.
