This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships face-to-face, thrives on variety between the field and the desk, and takes pride in being the person a client can always rely on.

Prepare visit notes, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and log outcome details into our CRM.
Collect feedback regarding technical visits via follow-up calls or forms.
2. Contract Renewals, Growth & Risk Management
Initiate contact with Principals regarding contract renewals at least 3 months prior to agreement expiry dates.
Draft, approve, and send service agreements, contract renewals, and quotes.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance long-term contract value.
Respond to client enquiries, anticipate needs, and manage issue resolution to uphold client loyalty.
3. Conference Planning and Preparation
Oversee event preparation by monitoring stock levels, printing required documents, and packing event equipment.
Verify all pre-production and client deployment checks to ensure successful setup.
4. CRM, Operations & Social Media
Maintain client database accuracy by entering recent contacts and logging visit notes into our CRM.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Create and publish content across social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and X.
A Day in the Life

Midday:
Syncing with Operations, Sales, and Marketing on client feedback and upcoming deployments
Afternoon:
Managing the renewal pipeline, finalising CRM notes, and following up on feedback
Weekly / Monthly Rhythm
Weekly:
Shift focus between dedicated field visit days and desk/administrative days.
Termly:
Review cluster progress against client retention goals, cross-selling milestones, and upcoming contract renewal deadlines.
