UpGuard is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead the APAC Customer Success team from a fully remote setup. You will shape strategy, drive adoption, and oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for strategic accounts across Australia and the region.
You will mentor a high-performing team, partner with Account Management, and focus on improving NRR, GRR and NPS while aligning with global CS standards and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
