Zurich Australia is seeking a Dispute Resolution Consultant to support Travel Guard claims. Reporting to the Partnerships Dispute Resolution Team Manager, you'll manage complaints from initial review through to resolution with curiosity, sound judgement and empathy.
You will partner with claims teams and external partners to resolve complex matters, write explicit, empathetic correspondence, and use insights to improve the customer journey.
