Experience across water, sewer, drainage or underground services will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in Project Engineers from broader civil and infrastructure backgrounds.

You'll also work closely with Supervisors and site teams, giving you hands‐on exposure to construction delivery and the opportunity to see your work progress from planning through to completion.
This is a role where you'll be encouraged to take ownership, solve problems and continue developing your project delivery capability.
What You'll Do
Support the delivery of major civil and infrastructure works.
Take ownership of allocated work packages from planning through to delivery and completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and self-perform crews.
Support project planning, programming and short-term construction scheduling.
Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractor packages.
Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and progress against programme.
Prepare and manage RFIs and coordinate technical queries with designers, consultants and client representatives.
Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
Support contract administration, variations, progress claims and project reporting.
Monitor construction quality and ensure works comply with project specifications.
Support safety, environmental and quality requirements across allocated works.
Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting.
Identify project risks, delays and opportunities early.
Work closely with Supervisors and site teams to resolve technical and construction issues.

Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
Contribute to construction methodologies, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Previous experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project delivery role within civil construction or infrastructure.
Good understanding of project planning, procurement, scheduling and construction coordination.
Commercial awareness with exposure to cost tracking, variations, forecasting or contract administration.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
Understanding of quality assurance, safety and environmental requirements within construction.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project activities.
Strong organisation, planning and practical problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships across project and site teams.
Experience using project management systems such as InEight, Aconex, Procore or similar.
Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
Ability to meet relevant project and site access requirements.
What Will Set You Apart
