About the Role
Are you a friendly, proactive customer service qualified looking for a stable and rewarding full-time role?
We are a rapidly expanding, family-owned storage business looking for a motivated
Customer Service Store Consultant
to join our dedicated storage team. Operating across our
Banyo
and Portside
Hamilton
locations. This role offers great variety, hands-on training, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across in-person visits, phone enquiries, and email correspondence.
Build genuine rapport with clients to understand their needs and recommend the best storage solutions.
Drive sales and unit bookings through clear communication and confident product knowledge.
Handle daily office administration, customer accounts, and computer database entries.
Maintain facility cleanliness, ensuring site safety, security, and presentation standard at all times.




Work dynamically across both our
Banyo
and Hamilton storage locations.
What We Are Looking For
Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude:
High energy, warm interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.
Customer & Sales Focus:
Proven experience in customer service with a comfortable, natural sales approach.
Tech Savvy:
Strong proficiency in general computer applications and database systems.
Versatility:
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Essential Requirements:
Current C-Class
Driver's License
and reliable transport.
Desirable Extras:
Previous experience in the self-storage industry
A valid
Forklift License
will be highly regarded.
