IFYS Accommodation Services in Caboolture is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Case Worker to join the Youth Crisis Accommodation program for young people aged 16 to 25 experiencing homelessness. The role focuses on intake assessments, case management, and client-centred practice within a supportive, trauma-informed framework.
You will develop individualized support plans, coordinate access to local services, and contribute to maintaining a safe, therapeutic shelter workplace.
