What this role is all about
As Lucid continues to grow nationally, this role will play an important part in helping us attract the talent and capability needed for our next chapter. It is an opportunity to partner with leaders across the business, build meaningful relationships with candidates, and help shape how Lucid attracts and engages great people. You'll manage recruitment activity from sourcing through to onboarding, while contributing to People & Culture initiatives that enhance both the candidate experience and the experience of our people.
How you'll contribute day-to-day
Partnering with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates against role requirements.
Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks and the end-to-end offer process.
Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment partners, job boards and industry networks.
Maintaining the systems, data and reporting that support effective hiring decisions.
Contributing to People & Culture projects and initiatives that enhance employee and candidate experience.

Ideally, you'll also have:
A well-rounded recruitment background, gained either in-house or within an agency environment, with experience recruiting technical or professional services roles. Experience within Building Services Engineering or consulting environments would be highly regarded.
A strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, underpinned by a commitment to quality outcomes.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns while developing effective attraction, sourcing and talent pipeline strategies.




Experience building talent networks and leveraging a variety of channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
An interest in continuously improving talent acquisition practices, processes and tools, and contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives.
