Milona is seeking a Development Manager to own the full development lifecycle across active and pipeline projects in the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland. You will lead site acquisition, feasibility, DA, consultant coordination, and delivery, reporting to the Director, and work hands-on with the team.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, surveyors and lawyers, manage budgets and cash flows, and drive value while maintaining design intent.
