Maintenance Fitter
to join a well-established manufacturing site on
permanent night shift
.

The OpportunityYou'll be responsible for keeping a busy production facility running efficiently, carrying out both
preventative and reactive maintenance
across a range of automated manufacturing equipment.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery
Responding to breakdowns and completing mechanical fault finding
Mechanical repairs, servicing and equipment adjustments
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Working closely with production and the wider maintenance team
Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Maintaining a high standard of safety and housekeeping
About You
We are looking for a
qualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitter
with:
Previous maintenance experience within
FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing
Solid mechanical fault-finding skills
Experience working with automated production equipment
A strong preventative maintenance mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work independently on night shift
