BlueCare, part of the UnitingCare family, is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to support clients in Logan Reserve, Mt Tamborine and surrounding areas. You will conduct intake, assess needs, and implement client-centred care plans with regular reviews.
You will travel to clients' homes for daily living support, transport assistance, and social activities, using CRM/CMS to document progress. A Certificate III Aged Care is essential, along with a valid Australian driver's licence.
