Zohorecruit is seeking a Care Coordinator in Kalgoorlie, WA, to provide clinical leadership to the team of RNs, ENs and Carers and supervise daily care delivery across the facility.
You will oversee assessments, documentation, care planning and quality improvement, coach staff, manage risk, participate in audits and KPI reviews, and support budgeted consumables while promoting a person-centred, philosophy of care aligned with the 3Rs culture.
