Role Overview:
As Café Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your passion for the food and beverage industry, combined with your leadership skills, will help create a warm and welcoming environment where both staff and customers thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of café staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards
Train, mentor, and develop team members to build a positive and motivated culture
Oversee administrative duties such as staff rostering, reporting, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
Monitor and work towards meeting KPIs and business targets
Contribute to the successful opening and ongoing growth of the new café
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in food industry management,



preferably in a café or hospitality setting
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Exceptional leadership with the ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and exemplary personal grooming
Proficient in administration and computer skills for reporting purposes
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with current venue openings is highly regarded
