The Role
End-to-end management of a premium residential portfolio
Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
Manage maintenance, inspections, compliance and tenancy matters
Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades
Maintain strong portfolio performance and retention
About You
Minimum
2 years residential Property Management experience
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with
Ailo, Realworks, Reapit or VaultRE
advantageous
