General Manager, Retail and Service Operations
You'll work directly with the owners and eventually take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the business across Retail, Service, Workshop and Admin. You'll have real authority to improve how we operate, including sales, profitability, recruitment, staff performance, processes, technology, automation and AI.

$80k - $120k base + super
Up to $45k KPI bonus
Plus commissions
