Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking an Aged Care In office Pharmacist (ACOP) to join our Residential Aged Care Facilities team. The role focuses on medication management and pharmacotherapy for residents, in close collaboration with GPs, onsite nurses and facility staff.
You will be credentialed in ACOP and MMR, hold full AHPRA registration, and contribute to quality use of medicines within Multidisciplinary care.
