About the role:
Work across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
Advise on
private and public M&A;, capital raisings and corporate governance
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and provide practical commercial advice
Work closely with clients throughout transactions and ongoing corporate matters
Take
meaningful ownership of matters
while working closely with experienced partners
Contribute to a high-performing team that is continuing to grow its corporate practice
The ideal candidate:
Approximately
3-5 years PQE




with a current Australian practicing certificate
Strong corporate law experience, ideally across at least two of M&A;, capital raisings and corporate governance
Candidates with solid corporate fundamentals who are looking to broaden their experience will also be considered
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills
A genuine desire to develop into an excellent corporate lawyer and take ownership of your work
Collaborative, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
