This is an entry‐level position into our construction team, working directly alongside our Site Supervisors and Construction team across the Wide Bay Region. It is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys being out on site, working independently and getting things done.
What we are looking for:
We want to hear from you if you think you tick these boxes:
A current driver's licence and White Card are essential
Construction experience is highly valued, with a trade qualification preferred but not essential
You're committed to your own growth and ready to launch your career in the construction industry
You're willing to learn and develop the skills required to become the best in the Wide Bay (because that's where we're heading!)




You're confident working independently and taking responsibility for getting tasks completed
You're practical, reliable and not afraid of getting your hands dirty
You're organised and have good attention to detail
You're comfortable working as part of a team and communicating with trades, suppliers and our construction team
You will work directly alongside our two full‐time Site Supervisors across the Wide Bay Region
What you'll be doing:
Working as a direct support to our construction team, your day‐to‐day work will include:
Picking up materials from suppliers and delivering them to sites
Completing general site clean‐ups and keeping sites tidy and organised
Installing site signs and other site requirements
Assisting with general labouring and practical tasks across our building sites
Supporting our Site Supervisors with day‐to‐day site requirements as needed
This is a hands‐on, entry‐level opportunity to gain valuable experience in residential construction, learn how building sites operate and develop your skills within the construction industry. For the right person, there may be opportunities to grow within the construction team as your experience and capabilities develop over time.
