From our office in Bacchus Marsh, you'll coordinate technicians working across Melbourne's west and make sure the right person is in the right place, at the right time, with the information they need to get the job done.
You'll own the daily schedule, make decisions and solve problems - and when you're excellent at it, the entire business feels it.
Your goal is simple:
maximise productive technician time while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
When you're doing your job well, technicians aren't sitting around, customers know what's happening, cancellations become opportunities, urgent jobs don't derail the day, and tomorrow is organised before today finishes.
Key responsibilities
Run the daily technician schedule and dispatch the right technician to each job
Monitor jobs throughout the day and stay ahead of delays, gaps and changes
Keep customers and property managers informed of arrival times and changes
Fill cancellations, bring work forward and reduce technician downtime
Minimise unnecessary travel through smart scheduling
Coordinate emergency and same-day work
Ensure completed jobs are properly closed out
Check sold work is ready to schedule, including handovers and materials
Prepare tomorrow's schedule before today finishes
Work closely with customer service team, technicians and management
Take ownership when something isn't moving rather than waiting for somebody else to fix it
You'll be the person our field team relies on to keep the day moving.
About you

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar job management software is a bonus, but it isn't everything.

Flexibility and ownership
Your normal working hours are
Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
.
This is an operational ownership role, and occasionally things don't happen neatly within office hours. From time to time, a technician may need to update you after you've finished for the day, an important scheduling issue may need direction, or a weekend rostered team member may need a quick decision or clarification.
We're not looking for someone to sit on-call all weekend or be glued to their phone after hours.
We are looking for someone with the flexibility and ownership mindset to make sure important issues are controlled, communicated or properly handed over.
