The place where products take shape, where operations become fluid, and where people and ideas make an impact every day.
Your role isn't just about supervising or organising. It's about knowing the product, anticipating needs, guiding the team and shaping the way customers experience the space. From the stockroom to the shop floor, from planning schedules to solving challenges, every action helps things flow, and every decision counts.
We want people who enjoy turning plans into reality, adaptable, precise and team-minded. People who thrive in energetic environments, who care about details as much as results, and who bring energy to both customers and colleagues.
Here, you'll find space to learn, tools to improve, and a team to grow with. Every store has its own rhythm, and in it, you can test, create, adjust and keep evolving. We offer a place where learning is part of the everyday, and where there's room to contribute and progress.
This can be the next step in your journey. Where it takes you, that's in your hands.
What you'll do
Lead and develop the operations team, setting clear priorities and ways of working
Oversee stockroom organisation and product flow to ensure efficient replenishment
Manage deliveries, stock processing and replenishment across the store
Monitor stock accuracy, inventory processes and compliance with company standards
Use data and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce stock loss
Plan and manage team rostering aligned with trading needs
Work closely with Store Management to support overall store performance
What we're looking for
Experience leading a team within stockroom, operations or inventory-focused retail roles
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
Confidence managing processes, systems and operational standards
Ability to analyse data and make decisions that improve performance
A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week), including weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays
Applicants must have full Australian working rights
25% staff discount across all Inditex brands
Clear pathways to grow your career across stores and the wider business
Opportunity to lead, develop and shape a high-performing team
Access to leadership development and ongoing training
