About the Role
To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and tech-passionate
Product Manager
to join our team.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and development through to commercialisation and ongoing market performance.
The role will take ownership of assigned product categories, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure products are delivered from factory to market on time and in full, supported by effective go-to-market and marketing activities.
A key part of the role will be identifying new business and product opportunities, assessing their commercial potential,



prioritising initiatives and working with the wider business to turn opportunities into successful products and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and drive product and business growth strategies across cross-functional teams.
Analyse customer needs, market trends, competitor offerings and sourcing opportunities to identify commercially viable growth opportunities and sustainable ROI.
Lead product requirements and development with third-party factories, ensuring solutions meet quality, technical and compliance requirements.
Manage product development timelines and coordinate with relevant functions to ensure products are delivered on time and in line with business objectives.
Develop and align go-to-market strategies with key stakeholders, including above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities, and measure results to continuously improve business plans.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product research, market analysis, competitive analysis, product positioning, roadmap development, requirements definition and product launch.
Develop product strategy and business cases covering key use cases, technical requirements, pricing, revenue and profitability.
Translate product strategy and market requirements into explicit product specifications for engineering,



manufacturing and external factory partners.
Analyse market and customer data to support sales propositions and develop effective product and marketing communications.
Work closely with engineering, production, quality, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product development, QC, launch and ongoing commercial performance.
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that reinforces Autobacs as an innovation and quality leader in the automotive electronics and electrical marketplace.
Take ongoing ownership of the commercial health and performance of assigned product categories, identifying improvement opportunities and driving actions to deliver business growth.
To be considering for this role, you will have:
A degree or higher diploma or working knowledge in electronic or automotive product design/engineering will be crucial.
Solid experience in a dynamic product management role, preferably in electronics or automotive industry
Proven experience managing all aspects of the product commercialisation lifecycle, from concept through to market launch
Solid cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams across different geographies.
