Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team on a permanent part-time basis (28 hours per week). The role delivers person-centred care across diverse settings, from wound management to acute/post-acute and end-of-life care, helping to keep people out of hospital.
You will work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, build solid client connections, and grow clinically through access to development opportunities and supervision.
