Gough Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of an established residential portfolio in Sydney's Northern Suburbs. You will manage relationships with owners and tenants and coordinate maintenance, arrears and renewals.
Ideally you have SACAT experience, a current SA Property Management Registration and a valid driver's license, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A supportive, team-oriented office environment is offered.
