An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our College community in a full-time, ongoing position commencing Term 1, ****.
Reporting to the Head of Learning - Mathematics, the role will be responsible for teaching Mathematics within a collaborative and progressive learning environment. You will work alongside committed educators who value high-quality teaching practice, continuous professional growth, and access to modern teaching spaces and resources.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Education.
Current VIT Registration.
Knowledge of the Australian Curriculum for Mathematics and experience teaching Mathematics across Years 5 to 12.
Experience teaching VCE General Mathematics (preferred).
Knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and the effective use of ICT to enrich classroom learning.
Well-developed classroom management strategies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
A willingness to contribute actively to a collaborative work setting.
A commitment to upholding the ethos and values of the College.
