You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a passionate team of educators and leaders

Building strong and trusted relationships with children, families and the local community
Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the service
Supporting occupancy, enrolments and family engagement
Overseeing staffing, rosters and day-to-day centre operations
Ensuring the service consistently meets the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards and AMIGA expectations
Working closely with your Area Manager and support teams to achieve operational and educational goals
Championing child safety and ensuring children's wellbeing is at the centre of every decision
About you

You'll ideally have:
A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent
Previous experience in a Centre Manager, Director, Assistant Manager or senior leadership position
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Child Safe Standards
Confidence leading and developing teams
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A practical, solutions-focused approach to centre operations
A genuine passion for creating high-quality experiences for children and families
Most importantly, you'll be someone who leads with warmth, consistency and care.
Why join AMIGA Montessori?
At AMIGA, we believe our people should have opportunities to learn, grow and build meaningful careers.
When you join us, you'll become part of a growing, family-owned organisation that values
Belonging, Curiosity and Care
.
You'll enjoy:
A beautiful Montessori-inspired centre and prepared learning environments
Support from an experienced Area Manager and dedicated Head Office teams
Genuine opportunities for career development and progression
Ongoing professional development and leadership support
A collaborative network of Centre Managers across AMIGA
Birthday leave
Regular team events and celebrations
The opportunity to make your mark and lead a centre you can be proud of
