Optus is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to craft learner-centred solutions at scale across digital, virtual, and face-to-face formats. You will translate complex business needs into engaging experiences, working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive performance and behavioural change.
You will apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), and AI-enabled tools to create scalable, measurable programs and continuously improve outcomes.
