Occuhealth is establishing a local presence in Karratha, and we are looking for a capable Fit Test and Health Surveillance Officer to deliver professional occupational health services across the region.
This is a Karratha-based role delivering services predominantly in-clinic, and also at client sites as required. You will work independently, maintain regular contact with our Fit Testing and Health Surveillance Team, and help build trusted relationships with local clients as our services grow.

Support from an established Western Australian occupational health team
What you will do
Deliver respirator and earplug fit testing in line with Occuhealth procedures and applicable standards
Conduct qualified health surveillance services, including spirometry, audiometric testing and drug and alcohol screening
Coordinate appointments, service requirements, equipment, stock and records for Karratha-based work
Prepare, calibrate, clean and maintain testing equipment
Complete accurate records and submit results within required timeframes
Provide practical guidance on respiratory and hearing protection
Travel to client locations across Karratha and the broader Pilbara region when required
Build positive client relationships and communicate local service opportunities
Local promotion of services as required
What you will bring
Demonstrated competence in respirator and earplug fit testing
Qualifications and demonstrated competence in spirometry, audiometric testing and drug and alcohol screening
Strong organisation, time management and accurate record-management skills
Confidence working independently while remaining connected to a broader team
Professional communication and a genuine commitment to client service
A valid unrestricted Australian driver's licence and permanent Australian working rights
Willingness and ability to travel to regional and remote client sites when required
