Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join this large, Australian-owned organisation with significant operations across multiple states.
Reporting directly to the CFO and leading a team across FP&A;, corporate finance, treasury and insurance, this is a highly influential role responsible for strengthening financial planning, commercial insight and strategic decision support across the organisation.
Operating within a complex, multi-site environment, you will partner closely with the executive leadership team and operational leaders to provide forward-looking financial insights, improve visibility of business performance and support key commercial and investment decisions.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead group budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
Develop sophisticated financial models, scenario analysis and performance forecasting.
Provide consolidated financial and commercial insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve revenue, margins, cost management and business performance.
Support strategic investment, pricing, capital allocation and transformation initiatives.
Provide oversight of treasury, cashflow forecasting, liquidity, funding and covenant management.
Support financing strategy, capital structure optimisation and banking relationships.
Oversee corporate financial analysis,



revenue analytics and customer/channel profitability.
Drive improvements in management reporting, BI dashboards and financial modelling capability.
Improve forecasting accuracy, data integrity and reporting efficiency.
Lead finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
About You
You will be an experienced senior finance professional with a strong combination of FP&A;, commercial finance, financial modelling and business partnering expertise.
Ideally, you will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
CA or CPA qualification.
Significant FP&A;, commercial finance or corporate finance leadership experience.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
Experience within a complex, multi-site or operationally focused organisation.
Exposure to treasury, funding, cashflow and financial risk management would be highly regarded.
Advanced analytical and commercial capability with the ability to turn complex financial information into explicit recommendations.
Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
