The Position
Ensure air freight import shipments are managed from end to end including invoicing
Liaise with airlines, brokers, and cartage providers to coordinate collections and deliveries
Acting as a key point of contact for customers regarding shipment updates and queries
Preparing and reviewing billings and job costings
Build strong relationships with customers
Manage claims and act as the first point of contact for any issues
The Requirements
Proven air freight knowledge in Freight Forwarding
Positive and outgoing team player attitude with customer focus
Solid and effective communication style
Willing to work in a fast paced environment
