We are a small public practice accounting firm providing accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a diverse range of individual and business clients. We pride ourselves on providing personalised, professional service to individuals and businesses throughout the Redlands.
About the role
The role will involve a range of general administration duties, including:
General office administration and data entry
Answering and responding to emails and client queries
Scanning, filing and maintaining electronic records
Preparing and sending client correspondence
Assisting with client document requests and follow-ups
Booking appointments and maintaining calendars
Assisting with ASIC and ATO related administration
Supporting accounting staff with administrative tasks
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information with professionalism
What we're looking for
Highly organised and detail-orientated
Reliable and able to work independently
Professional and friendly when dealing with clients
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Confident with Microsoft Office applications
A good communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Experience in an accounting or tax environment is advantageous but not essential
