Viktoria & Woods is looking for operationally focused, adaptable Seasonal Casual Stylists to join our stores through our busiest trading period. You'll be part of a dedicated team keeping every aspect of the boutique running smoothly for every client who walks through the door - from a beautifully presented shop floor to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything on track. It's a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, stays agile under pressure, and takes real pride in supporting the operational rhythm of a V&W; boutique.

Located across Australia within 24 locations, we're looking for reliable, hand-on team members to support the day-to-day running of our boutiques. We invite individuals of all backgrounds and experience to bring their energy and reliability to our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This season, we're expanding our store teams with Seasonal Casual Stylists who help bring the V&W; experience to life. You'll play a key role in keeping our boutiques at their very best - supporting the team, maintaining a beautifully presented shop floor, and helping ensure every client is met with the elevated experience V&W; is known for.
The role will:
Help create a flawless shop floor experience by keeping product lines fully stocked, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day
Support the team behind the scenes - receiving, checking and preparing new stock so every delivery hits the floor looking its best
Support the backroom to ensure it is maintained, organized, productive and easy to navigate
Help maintain the high standard of presentation our clients expect, from the front, to back of house
Assist with visual merchandising set-up, reflows and window changes
Jump in on the shop floor and at the POS to support the team during our busiest trading periods
Work closely with the store team to keep daily priorities on track
Follow V&W;'s policies and procedures, including safety, security and stock-handling standards
