Lorna Jane is seeking a Store Manager for our Geelong store. You will lead a team of Retail Sales Assistants, drive sales performance, manage visual merchandising, stock levels and store standards to deliver a premium customer experience.
You'll recruit and develop people, maintain a commercially robust operation with a fixed roster (Sundays and Mondays off), and participate in performance rewards including LJ vouchers and a monthly bonus.
