Findex seeks a seasoned accounting leader to join as Manager in our Virtual Operations A&T; Pool. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Recent Zealand, reporting to the Virtual A&T; Pool Lead and owning the day-to-day running of a high-performing virtual team delivering compliance work across NZ offices.
You will drive quality, develop people, and manage workflow across onshore and offshore teams, building strong relationships with office stakeholders and guiding resolution of complex issues.
