NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking an Assessment and Planning Officer to join our Education teams at Bathurst, Lithgow or Kirkconnell Correctional Centres. You will develop and review offender education and employment plans to support rehabilitation and life after custody.
Working autonomously in a custodial setting, you'll report on progress, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate records to support case management and program delivery.
