With the Bartons Group continuing to grow, we are on the lookout for an organised, customer-focused communicator to join our Service Department as an Outbound Campaign Consultant, working at Bartons Capalaba.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Experience in an outbound contact centre, customer service, CRM or dealership service administration role (essential)
Automotive or dealership service experience (highly regarded)
Confident, professional communication across phone,



text and email
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry across multiple systems
Working knowledge of DealerSocket, Podium or ERAPower (desirable) — or the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A resilient, positive approach to handling objections and at-risk customer conversations
Sound understanding of privacy, consent and opt-out requirements
About the Role
As an Outbound Campaign Consultant at Bartons, you will:
Respond to customer enquiries
Accurately record data in systems
Work closely with Service Advisors, the Service Manager and Dealer Principals, escalating complex matters promptly
Achieve (and exceed) your campaign activity and booking targets
