ICC Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the world-class culinary brigade on a full time basis. You will work with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef to supervise all aspects of food preparation, ensuring quality and ISO ***** compliance, in a fast-paced environment.
You will oversee team members, run large-scale events, and assist with event schedules while maintaining ICC Sydney Brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.
