This permanent full-time role (38 hours/week) delivers secure, person-centred acute medical care, shaping workforce capability and improving clinical outcomes.
You will oversee clinical and operational management, drive workforce development, patient flow and quality governance, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to sustain service
