Lucas Collective is opening two new venues in Melbourne CBD and is seeking exceptional Bar Managers to join the opening team. You'll lead high-performing bar teams, shape culture from day one and drive outstanding beverage experiences.
This role requires passion for guest service, extensive cocktail knowledge, and solid stock control, WHS compliance, and GP targets. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and help build a positive team culture.
