Big Rock Brewing is launching a brand-new kitchen in the Rockhampton CBD and is seeking a chef to lead the kitchen. The menu focuses on smoked foods, gourmet burgers, wings and ribs, paired with outstanding beer, with an emphasis on staying tight, consistent and profitable.
You'll own a compact kitchen, handle prep, stock control and food safety, refine the menu and cater functions for up to 150 guests, keeping service, prep and production organised.
