Key Responsibilities
Deliver first aid confidently and professionally
Communicate effectively with patients, event staff, and emergency services
Escalate care appropriately when patients are out of scope
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
Participate in ongoing training and competency updates
Required Qualifications




Responder Level 3
Certificate IV in Health Care (HLT*****)
Diploma of Emergency Health Care (HLT*****)
Diploma of Nursing (HLT*****) or equivalent
Additional Essential Eligibility Criteria
Full Victorian Driver's License
Available to attend a 2-day induction.
Evidence of mandatory vaccinations:
Proof of 3 Hep B vaccines and positive serology
Proof of 2 Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccines
Proof of 2 Varicella vaccines or positive serology
Proof of **** Influenza vaccine
Proof of a DTP vaccine in the past 10 years
Employee Working with Children Check
Legal right to work in Australia
