The success and ongoing growth of STAGE II PTY LTD has createdan exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our hard working team.
We currently have an opportunity for a talented Full-Time Visual Merchandiser to join the Stage II Team.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-
Be hands on, execute, implement and maintain the weekly Visual Merchandiser in our key department store partners for Stage 2 Youth and Kids wear Brands.
Work closely with our Design, Marketing & Sales Manager's to help deliver the stock to the shop floor each week. Monitor sales, brand and category performance in all stores and make a balanced commercial and creative decision in regards to the VM strategy that drives sales, inspires the customer.
Ensure that presentation of all items is of the highest quality and standard, this includes hanger appeal and merchandising outfit solutions.
Help to develop monthly and weekly VM concepts, collaboration and projects come to life within the retail space.
Provide weekly report on the VM outcomes of each store. This includes product assessment, maintenance and store presentation.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge




2-3+ year experience in a VisualMerchandise role.
Must have a strong creative lens and flair and natural eye for detail and purpose.
A strong understanding of the Youth and Kids wear market and trends.
Strong communication skills both visual and written.
Proactive and natural doer with a can do attitude. Must like work in a dynamic and hands on role.
The ability to adapt to change and pivot with a positive and proactive attitude.
You must be able to think outside the box and execute on concepts across all stores nationally.
Must be able to work within tight timeliness, work with change and develop current Visual Merchandising concepts in short periods of time to align with stock arrival times.
Previous experience within the retail and visual merchandising environment.
Valid driver's licence.
