Dr Damien Phillips' independent ENT practice in Heidelberg is seeking a medical receptionist to join a small, friendly team. This long-term role is 3 full days per week, with Tuesday and Thursday required and a third day to be discussed.
Key duties include patient bookings and inquiries, reception and check-in, Medicare and private billing, managing referrals and records, and liaising with GPs and hospitals. Experience with medical software and Xestro is preferred.
