voco Gold Coast is seeking a Front Office Duty Manager to join our leadership team. You will guide shifts, deliver outstanding guest service, and oversee daily operations on a rotating roster across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will help drive service excellence, maintain security standards, and coach the team to meet IHG standards in a premium Gold Coast hotel workplace.
